The Black Girl Project + The Urban Yoga Foundation has partnered to bring the young women of New York a FREE afternoon of goal-setting, yoga, guided meditation, tea tasting and a special surprise. You don't need to have participated in yoga before and you don't need to bring anything other than yourself. Wear comfortable clothing that'll allow you to move freely.
